You don’t have to expect such original questions in a job interview at AAA. What should you expect then? In this blog, we explain step-by-step the journey we take together when you apply with us.
1. Submit your application
Did you see an interesting vacancy or do you want to find a suitable job together with us? Send us your contact details and/or your CV.
Have you seen an interesting job with us or do you want to send an open application? Does it just seem like fun to work with us? You don’t need much to apply at AAA. Just the desire to dive in and learn.
Your name, email address, and phone number are enough to take the first step with us. You can enter these contact details here. Do you already have a CV ready? Great, you can upload it right away. If you’re not that far yet, you can also send it to us later.
For some positions, we require further degrees or experience; we will mention this in the vacancy.
2. We’ll call you back
You will receive a call from us within 24 hours. In this short conversation, we ask a few targeted questions to check if we are on the same wavelength.
If you have left your phone number with us, one of our Talent & Happiness Officers will call you quickly to get to know you a bit better. Is there an initial match? Then we won’t keep you waiting long.
We would like to invite you for an exploratory conversation, which takes place online or at our office. Together, we look at what suits you best. First of all, we would like to know more about you. What are you looking for? What do you expect from your employer? Those are the first questions we ask you.
We also tell you more about us. Who are we? What are our values? What does AAA have to offer you? What do we mean by a good match? We would love to tell you all about it during a pleasant conversation.
So, no secret or unexpected questions. We like transparent, no-nonsense communication and just want to get to know you as you are. That’s why we are open about what we discuss in our first interview, so you can prepare for it as well.

3. Time to get to know each other (even better)!
Did it click during our first phone call? Then we would like to get to know you better during an interview at our office.
Both enthusiastic? Then we’ll check off the final few boxes. For example, we organize testing, ask for your references, or schedule a final interview with a manager. During this conversation, we go a bit deeper into your expertise and expectations. This way, we can contribute even better to a great future collAAAboration.
4. Let’s talk business
If we want to work together, we will send you a proposal for collaboration shortly after our meeting.

Do we have a match? Alright! In line with your expertise, knowledge, and experience, we will provide you with a proposal. You can take the time to review this at your convenience. Do you still have questions about it? We are always just an email or phone call away, but you already knew that by now!
5. We’re in this together
Agreed? We’ll draw up the contracts. From now on, there’s no stopping us: together we will continue to build your professional career! You will come under the wings of the Happiness Team, which is always there for you. They will guide you throughout your AAA journey and ensure you receive the best feedback, training, and follow-up.
