How is a Credit Academist guided during the training period?
When an academist starts, the guidance is very intensive with regular transparent feedback sessions where we, along with the Happiness Team, check in on how the project is going, what the expectations are, what is going well, and what is going less well. Based on that, we map out a plan together with training, new projects, and experiences.
Naturally, there are annual evaluations for everyone after the Academist track, but we also check in regularly throughout the year.

The application process—how exactly does it work?
With us, it’s quite short because we move very quickly. After an initial telephone screening of about 15 minutes, we know immediately if we can schedule a first interview. If this goes well, we check any references and schedule a second interview with management present. Should it be useful, testing may follow, and if that looks good, we immediately make a salary proposal.
We rely heavily on our intuition, and if it feels right, we dare to go for it; we don’t believe in unnecessarily long application procedures.
