With us, it’s all about the right ‘Attitude’: you don’t need to know all the legislation surrounding the Order-to-Cash process by heart yet (really!), as long as you bring a healthy dose of curiosity and drive. We are looking for people who don’t wait to be told what to do, but who spring into ‘Action’ themselves to create ‘Added Value’.
Your Roadmap:
Your adventure starts within a group of fellow starters during an intensive onboarding week. No boring introductions or PowerPoint marathons, but a deep dive where we lay the foundation, get you acquainted with our way of working, and map out your growth path together.
After that, you’ll get straight to work. In 18 months, you will grow into an all-round finance consultant. You will hop between different projects and various sectors, building your expertise within the Order-to-Cash process step by step. The goal? To discover where your strengths lie and which direction best suits your ambition.
Your Playing Field:
During the program, you will discover where you deliver the most Added Value.
Are you:
- The relationship builder within Customer Care: The voice of the company who solves even the toughest puzzles with a smile.
- The results-oriented negotiator within Collections: Collecting invoices with flair. You are sharp on the numbers but keep the relationship warm.
- The financial detective of Cash Application: You dive into the data and don’t rest until every euro is in the right place.
- The process guardian of Order Entry & Billing: Without you, everything stands still. You ensure the flawless input that the rest of the chain relies on.
What we expect from you (besides heaps of enthusiasm):
- A higher degree, preferably in a financial field, but this is not a must.
- You speak and write fluently in Dutch and French because, well, Belgium
- A healthy dose of curiosity: you’d rather ask “why?” than just execute a task.
- You are allergic to “That’s how we’ve done it for years.”; you prefer thinking in efficient solutions.
- Accuracy and precision are second nature to you, but you never lose sight of the ultimate goal.
