Pour lui, tout repose sur un leadership visible, le gain de confiance, ainsi que l\u2019identification et la verbalisation des r\u00e9sistances. <br\/> <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le leadership sous pression : l\u2019effet sandwich<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les credit managers se retrouvent souvent \u00ab pris en sandwich \u00bb : la pression d\u2019en haut (objectifs, cibles, r\u00e9organisations) et les tensions au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe (diff\u00e9rences de motivation, de comp\u00e9tences ou de confiance). Jean Paul compare cela \u00e0 \u00ab la saucisse dans le hot-dog avec du ketchup et de la choucroute. \u00bb <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jan parle ouvertement de la mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer la diversit\u00e9 au sein d\u2019une \u00e9quipe en tant que manager de personnes. Et ce, avec impact, sans cr\u00e9er de chaos. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les soft skills l\u2019emportent sur les outils<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019IA, l\u2019ERP et l\u2019automatisation ont \u00e9limin\u00e9 une grande partie du travail manuel du processus de cr\u00e9dit. Mais cela ne signifie pas que le travail est devenu plus simple.
