If it can be collected and quantified, the path is open to achieving solid results. It is important to keep evolutions in mind: what works today may no longer apply tomorrow. <\/p>\n\n For many companies, AI is still uncharted territory. This is unfortunate, as it can offer significant added value\u2014not only in improving processes or lowering costs but also for the customer experience. The more we meaningfully automate, digitalize, and communicate, the more we learn. The more we learn, the better the methodology will be. <\/p>\n\n ChatGPT can certainly be useful for sending highly readable reminders with a correct call to action. The number of language errors and incorrect sentence structures will definitely decrease. AI is a tool, an aid that we as humans must learn to use and deploy in a positive way.
