As an Academy student at Triple A Solutions, Zehra has already followed a very diverse path. She has worked in the telecom sector, the energy sector, and now in the technical building and construction sector. Her passion for Credit Collection is the common thread throughout her career path. <\/p>\n\n
How did you end up at Triple A Solutions?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n
During my final year of real estate studies, I knew someone who worked here. When they told me about their job and the various opportunities available at Triple A, I was intrigued. I then joined the Academy track and found my own way within consultancy. <\/p>\n\n
You’ve been working for Triple A Solutions for 2 years now; how many projects have you completed?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n
I’ve just started my 3rd project. I’ve already worked in the telecom sector, then in the energy sector, and now I’m working for a major player in the technical building and construction industry.<\/p>\n\n
The first two projects were within a B2C environment; now I have the opportunity to follow up on B2B files as well.<\/p>\n\n
Do you enjoy completing different projects and having essentially held three different jobs over the past two years?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n
For me, it’s ideal! It gives me the chance to learn a lot within different sectors and companies. On the other hand, the projects I did were long enough to allow me to settle in properly and feel at home with the client. I can really contribute something and make a difference, which allows me to move on to the next project with a good feeling. <\/p>\n\n<\/figure>\n\n
What is it about accounts receivable management that you enjoy so much?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n
Every file is different and requires a different approach. Every day I deal with ‘difficult’ customers who, for various reasons, cannot or will not pay their invoice. Each time, I try to reach a solution that satisfies the end customer while also ensuring my client receives the money they are entitled to. It’s challenging but gives me a lot of satisfaction. <\/p>\n\n
How did you experience the Academy track?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n
I started the Academy track almost two years ago, and even though I’ve already learned a great deal in the training sessions and during my first projects, I don’t feel like it’s over yet. I still learn so much every day and feel there is still so much I can and may learn. I can also apply many aspects of what I’ve learned to my private life, which motivates me to deepen my knowledge even further. It makes me better, it makes those around me better, and of course, my clients too! <\/p>\n\n

In our Credit Academy, you are groomed to become a Credit Professional in two years. This happens while you immediately gain work experience on one of our ongoing projects. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n
