And as every entrepreneur knows: growth hurts.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But that is precisely where Ben believes the greatest lesson lies: <br\/>\u2013 You need people who dare to push back. <br\/>\u2013 You never know it all. <br\/>\u2013 And entrepreneurship only works when you can take the hits and then rebuild. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strategic scaling: more locations, more productions\u2026 more stability<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What started as a single theater hall became a complete hospitality ecosystem: shows, hotels, events, new locations in Knokke and Middelkerke, and soon Antwerp. Hotels fill venues. Venues fill hotels. Productions strengthen the brand.
