·Master degree, preferably in an economical/financial area but with a strong interest in IT-related systems.

·5 year relevant experience in a similar position where credit control operations are combined with SAP related knowledge and business insights

·Good knowledge of credit control concepts and tools such as overdues, credit insurance, LC’s…

·Basic knowledge of IFRS accounting standard related to credit control (eg, IFRS 9) is recommended

·Desire to complete the acquired knowledge and experience with specific Daikin business insights

·Strong analytical skills and curiosity, can keep the overview in all situations and think out-of-the-box

·Eagerness to step into a varied credit control topics, as a team player who can take initiative, who is eager to learn and work efficiently

·Ability to troubleshoot and testing expertise

·Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, users and management

·Ability to document processes, specification, etc

Target and scope of the function:

·As a Credit Control SAP key user (+/- 70% of the function) you are the driving force behind all Credit Control related SAP projects and change requests.

·You are responsible for the successful and timely implementation of both roll-outs and upgrades of our existing SAP template and for the selection an implementations of enhancements to this template (both change requests and projects related).

·Moreover, you will also follow up all projects related to third party’s software interfacing with SAP from a Credit Control perspective.

·In these projects you will work closely with the implementation teams, explain them the business’ functional requirements and reply to their questions. You will be involved in the testing of the SAP solution and in the SAP user training of colleagues.

·After implementation, upgrades, etc, you will remain the 1^st level of support for your colleagues, work with the implementation team if further changes are requested, train new colleagues etc.

·As a Credit Control reporting specialist (+/- 30% of the function) you will lead the digital transformation of our Credit Control reporting package, by migrating the current reporting package from excel towards BW / BO and/or Power BI, and from emails towards workflows.

·All of the above will require intensive interaction with other departments at the headquarter and with our affiliates at a global level.
