2. HOW WE USE AND COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

This information may be aggregated and may help us to collect useful information regarding the use of the website. 3. TRACK OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND DISPOSAL

However, because it is not possible to indicate a period in advance, the period will be decided as follows:(a) As long as interaction can be demonstrated between you and TRIPLE A SOLUTIONS NV (or one of its related entities), the data will be kept.
(b) Once there is no more interaction, your personal data will be kept for another two years.
3.2 If you withdraw your consent or if you object to the processing of personal data, and such objection is withheld, we will delete your personal data. However, we will keep the personal data necessary to respect your preference in the future.

5. PROVIDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
5.1 In order to provide our website, we work with service providers to process and store your personal data. We use the following service providers:(a) Hosted Power BVBA (hosting provider);
(b) Digital Pulse NV
(c) Pixel & Tonic (Craft CMS);
5.2 If you are a customer of ours, we may pass on your personal data to suppliers with whom we have contracted to offer you services. If you are a supplier to us, we may pass on your personal data to our customers in order to contact you.
5.3 Providing access to your data may be necessary for legal purposes. In such a case we will be obliged to comply with this. We may also provide your personal data if this is necessary to protect the vital interests of another natural person.
5.4 We do not provide personal data to third parties. However, our website uses social media plugins that allow you to link to our social media channels or allow you to share content on your social media channels.
