We're not big on hierarchy or unnecessarily complicated procedures. On your onboarding day, our Managing Partner Erik simply explains to you himself what our values and goals are. He also makes a real effort to remember your name (215 and counting!).

Job titles are not barriers for us. We look mainly at who you are and what unique qualities you bring to add that extra piece of the puzzle (preferably with a corner cut off!) to our team.

So no barriers, just a respectful, transparent, no-nonsense way of dealing with each other.
